At Organic Bath & Body, our customers are our most important asset. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This page explains our shipping, payment, security, privacy, cookie, and return practices.
SHIPPING
Customary orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours on regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep products in stock, an item may occasionally be unavailable or delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Unless another shipping method is requested or selected, orders are generally shipped using UPS Ground. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on factors that may include package weight, dimensions, quantity, destination, and selected delivery service.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Organic Bath & Body is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Claims involving defective merchandise must be reported to us promptly by telephone or email after the defect is discovered. Please provide your order number, the name of the affected product, a description of the problem, and photographs when requested.
We may require that the item be returned or inspected before providing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Our packaging department makes reasonable efforts to package each order safely. However, damage can occasionally occur during shipment.
Please call or email us immediately if your order arrives damaged. You must retain the products, shipping cartons, labels, and all packaging materials until we advise you that they may be discarded. The shipping carrier may require photographs or an inspection before a damage claim can be completed.
PAYMENT METHODS
Organic Bath & Body accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and most eligible debit cards. We may also accept advance payment by personal check, company check, or money order for orders placed directly through our office.
Checks and money orders must contain complete and accurate information. An order paid by check or money order will not be shipped until the payment has been deposited and cleared. This process may take up to 10 business days. Please contact our office to place an order using one of these payment methods.
Online payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors. These processors receive the information required to authorize and complete your payment. Organic Bath & Body does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes within its website database.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information submitted through our website. Online checkout pages use encrypted connections to help protect information while it is being transmitted.
No website, database, payment system, or method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to protect customer information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential, when an account is created, and for notifying us promptly if they believe their account or payment information has been compromised.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how Organic Bath & Body collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit organicbathbody.com, purchase our products, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our business.

We may collect information:
- Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, complete a form, contact us, request a return, or communicate with customer service.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, server logs, analytics services, and similar technologies.
- From service providers involved in processing payments, delivering orders, operating the website, preventing fraud, measuring website usage, or providing customer support.
- From advertising, marketing, and social-media platforms when permitted by your settings and applicable law.

We may use information for the following business purposes:

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ecommerce Analytics
Our website may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ecommerce measurement tools to help us understand website usage and shopping activity. These services may collect or receive information such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, products viewed, searches, cart activity, checkout events, transaction values, and interactions with website features.
Google Tag Manager is a tool used to manage website tags. The tags deployed through Google Tag Manager may include analytics, conversion measurement, advertising, or other technologies. The information collected depends on which tags are active and the consent choices available to the visitor.
Where required or supported, we configure analytics and advertising technologies to respond to the visitor’s cookie-consent selections. We do not intend to send complete payment-card numbers or card security codes to analytics or advertising platforms.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to third parties that perform services on our behalf or help us operate our business, including:
- Payment processors and financial institutions.
- Shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, and delivery services.
- Website hosting, content-delivery, security, backup, and technical-support providers.
- Analytics, tag-management, marketing, and advertising providers.
- Email, customer-service, and communication providers.
- Accountants, attorneys, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisers.
- Government agencies, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.
- A purchaser, successor, lender, or adviser involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer involving all or part of our business.
We do not sell customer mailing lists for money. However, certain privacy laws may define the terms “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include some disclosures involving advertising cookies, pixels, analytics identifiers, or similar technologies. Where applicable, you may use our cookie-preference controls or contact us to exercise available privacy choices.
COOKIE POLICY
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files or pieces of data placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. Cookies can allow a website to recognize a browser, remember preferences, maintain a shopping cart, secure a session, measure website use, and support marketing activities.
We may also use related technologies, including pixels, web beacons, tags, scripts, local storage, software development kits, and server logs. In this policy, we generally refer to all these technologies as “cookies.”
Types of Cookies We May Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the website to operate and cannot normally be disabled through our cookie-preference tool. They may support shopping-cart contents, checkout, payment processing, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, network management, account login, and your privacy selections.
Functional or Preference Cookies
These cookies allow the website to remember selections such as language, region, recently viewed products, display preferences, and other customized features.
Analytics and Performance Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website. They may measure page visits, traffic sources, navigation paths, product views, searches, cart activity, checkout activity, completed orders, errors, and website performance. We may use Google Analytics and related measurement tools for these purposes.
Advertising and Marketing Cookies
These cookies may be used to measure advertising results, limit the number of times an advertisement is displayed, build audiences, or provide advertising that may be more relevant to a visitor. These cookies may allow advertising providers to recognize a browser or device across different websites and services.
Session and Persistent Cookies
Some cookies are session cookies and are deleted when you close your browser. Other cookies are persistent cookies and remain on your device until they expire or are manually deleted.
First-Party and Third-Party Cookies
First-party cookies are set by Organic Bath & Body. Third-party cookies are set or accessed by another organization, such as an analytics provider, advertising platform, payment provider, embedded-content provider, or social-media service.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
When our cookie-preference tool is available, you may use it to accept, reject, or manage nonessential cookie categories. Strictly necessary cookies generally cannot be disabled through this tool because they are required to provide website and checkout functionality.
You can also configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being placed, block certain cookies, or delete cookies that have already been stored. Browser controls vary. Blocking all cookies may prevent the shopping cart, account, checkout, payment, or other portions of the website from operating properly.
Your cookie choices are generally specific to the browser and device being used. You may need to update your preferences separately on each browser or device, and you may need to make your selections again after clearing browser cookies.
Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and browser extensions support Global Privacy Control, also known as GPC. Where we are legally required and technically able to do so, we will process a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising for the browser and device sending the signal.
Because GPC signals are browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable the signal separately on each browser and device.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard governing how websites must respond to these signals, our website may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals. We will respond to legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control, when required by applicable law.
YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Organic Bath & Body, you may have the right to:
- Request information about the personal information we collect, use, or disclose.
- Request access to personal information associated with you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of certain personal information.
- Request a portable copy of certain personal information.
- Opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
- Withdraw consent when processing is based on your consent.
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request when applicable law provides an appeal right.
- Exercise your privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
These rights are not absolute. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when information must be retained to complete a transaction, maintain business records, detect fraud, protect security, comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, or exercise another lawful exception.
Submitting a Privacy Request
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the telephone number or email address provided below. Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe the request you would like us to process.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require information that reasonably matches information already maintained in our records. We will use verification information only to process and document the request.
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require proof that the agent has authority to act on your behalf and may contact you directly to verify the request.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, complete transactions, provide customer service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, protect security, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, the sensitivity of the information, operational needs, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely retain it until deletion is practical.
EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
When you receive a promotional email from us, you may unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe instructions included in the message or by contacting us. Even after opting out of promotional communications, you may continue to receive transactional or service-related messages concerning orders, payments, shipping, returns, security, account activity, or changes affecting our relationship with you.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our website and products are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate parental consent, please contact us so that we can review and address the situation.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our website may contain links to websites, platforms, payment services, social-media pages, or other services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party services. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party’s policies and terms.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update these policies periodically to reflect changes in our practices, website functionality, service providers, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional website notice when appropriate.
